
Anil K. Garg, Ph.D., P.E., S.E., F.ASCE
Dr. Anil Garg is a senior structural engineer with Terracon Consultants Inc. He has over 30 years of experience in diagnosing engineering problems. Dr. Garg is known for developing economic remedial solutions for aged and/or distressed structures. Dr. Garg provides during-construction structural support to resolve deficiencies, non-confirming reports, and construction sequencing. He has been the Engineer of Record and technical consultant on a variety of structural projects including commercial office buildings, industrial manufacturing facilities, warehouses, residential dwellings and retail stores.

Susan Rainey
Susan Rainey is a partner in the Dallas office of Locke Lord. Susan represents property owners, managers and developers in analyzing and managing environmental risks and liabilities in real estate, lending, and corporate transactions in Texas and more than twenty other states. Susan’s experience includes assisting clients with indoor air quality issues, asbestos surveys and abatement, lead based paint management and abatement, water intrusion issues, and remediation of subsurface contamination. Previously, Susan was a project manager in the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP).

Michele Langenberg
Michele Langenberg is the Vice President of Asset Management for White Oak Healthcare MOB REIT and is responsible for the active management and reporting of the portfolio’s performance. She joined White Oak in December 2020, adding to her over 15 year career in class A institutional commercial real estate asset management.
Prior to joining White Oak Healthcare MOB REIT, Ms. Langenberg spent 14 years in asset management with TIER REIT (NYSE: TIER) as a Vice President and Director of Sustainability. She has managed a $2 billion Class A office portfolio across the US, oversaw multiple $25 million redevelopment projects, as well as leasing and sales transactions in many markets. She has also served as the Managing Director of Asset Management for Provident Realty Advisors, a local premier developer based in Dallas, Texas, with a diverse portfolio of multi-family, value-add office, retail, land and development investments.
Michele holds a B.B.A in Finance from the University of Iowa an is pursuing a Masters of Arts degree from Southern Methodist University in Sustainability and Development. She is an active member and past board member of CREW Dallas.
Valerie Stewart - Moderator
Valerie Stewart currently serves as a Client Development Specialist for Terracon’s DFW Metro offices. Prior to her current role, Ms. Stewart managed the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) group in Terracon’s Dallas, Texas office. She has more than 12 years of experience in environmental consulting, which involved the management and overview of over 350 environmental site assessments annually. As a result of her experience, Ms. Stewart has become proficient in a diverse array of environmental services including environmental site assessments, limited site investigations, asbestos sampling, wetland delineation, vapor intrusion monitoring, as well as soil and groundwater management. She has experience with projects ranging from agricultural, residential and commercial properties, to industrial manufacturing, EPA Brownfield sites and hazardous waste facilities.
