Kyra Cavanaugh, President and Founder 15Be
Kyra is the President of 15Be, a learning experiences company she started in 2018 after selling her former business, Life Meets Work. At 15Be, she leverages her experience training thousands of managers, the latest scientific research, and global traditions to spark courageous leaders who value wellbeing as much as performance. She does this through corporate wellbeing and resilience training, personal retreats, and consulting with executive leadership teams.
For nearly 15 years, Kyra has helped hundreds of firms think differently about how work gets done. She’s trained them to improve performance through enhanced wellbeing, remote work, and workplace flexibility strategies. She’s supported corporate women in workshops on topics ranging from caregiving and resilience, to confidence and executive presence.
Kyra has authored two books: Who Works Where (and Who Cares?): A Manager’s Guide to the New World of Work; and 100 Ways to Wellbeing in 10 Minutes or Less.
She is a certified Associate Instructor of Qigong Flow and trained as a Healing and Meditation Guide. She teaches virtual Moving Meditation classes to a global audience, and hosts the Brighter with Kyra podcast.
She’s a nationally recognized speaker, blogger and commentator on workforce and wellbeing issues.
