CREW Careers Building Opportunities ®
CREW in the Community created this annual educational outreach event in 2004 and it became a program adopted by CREW Network Foundation and launched nationally. The Dallas program involves local high school students in a competition which focuses on the fundamentals of commercial real estate and the career opportunities within the industry. This one-day event allows the participating girls to tour a commercial property through the eyes of a developer and then work as a team to present their redevelopment concept to a panel of judges.
Careers In Commercial Real Estate

CREW Dallas Golf Classic
The CREW Dallas Golf Classic is the largest fundraiser for CREW in the Community and brings together more than 300 people from the industry and business community for a great day of golf and networking in the name of charity. Through the proceeds from this annual event, over $3.5 million has been donated to non-profit organizations whose mission is to improve the lives of women and girls in the community. CREW in the Community is proud to partner with the Dallas Women’s Foundation, UT Southwestern Medical Center and CREW Network Foundation for our annual grant cycle.
Philanthropic Education and Grant Making
CREW in the Community welcomes the opportunity and is proud of the ability to mobilize the members of CREW Dallas to assist thousands of women and girls in need. We believe this to be more than just our tradition. It is truly our mission. Through Philanthropic Education events that focus on the highest needs impacting our community to annual grant making, our members, sponsors and donors foster the creation of a world where gender does not limit opportunities or success.
