Governance Committee

The Governance Committee’s objective is to provide guidance and make recommendations to the CREW Dallas and CREW in the Community Boards of Directors concerning the governing structures, rules, policies, and procedures of each organization, including the updating, maintenance, and interpretation of each organization’s governing documents.  The Governance Committee will review and reassess the governing documents periodically, but not less than once every two (2) years.
