  • CREW offers various types of memberships, Cornerstone, Full, Associate, Student and Affiliate. Full and Associate have the same membership criteria, with the only difference being the length of continuous experience in commercial real estate. CREW membership is available to those presently employed in commercial real estate in one of the disciplines outlined below or a student studying a related field.

    Associate Member:
    Less than 5 years of Continuous Experience
    Annual Dues: $275
      Student Member:
    Full-time enrollment
    Annual Dues: $95
